A lot of old, something new

I rarely buy new clothes, which is why this outfit is a repeat of stuff I bought at least 3-5 years ago. I am a top-notch up-to-date blogger, you should follow me -_-

An old Burberry rip-off dress from ASOS, a maroon cardigan that I bought at Forever 21 during a lunch break back at one of my first jobs out of college and a scarf that I bought for $7 at Target for Fall 2012.

But the booties are new! I saw these while my cheap ass was browsing Primark on a Saturday afternoon. Fighting my way through older Turkish women and teenage American tourists, I finally decided to buy this last pair (which happened to be in my size) after admiring them for a couple of weeks and slowly watching their stock disappear.

Primark shoes may be cheap (these were 25 Euros) but they are ridiculously comfortable. I don’t know what they’re putting in the cushion of their shoes, but my granny feet don’t get sore nearly as fast as they do in my nicer footwear.

Dress: ASOS
Cardigan: Forever 21
Scarf: Target
Boots: Primark

I want to build a new Fall wardrobe, especially now that Germany has given up its weak attempt at a summer. I’ve given in to the world of Pinterest and started gathering ideas for this season. Just getting tired of the same ol’ same ol’ you know?

  • I am constantly struggling with doing outfit posts because I’m trying to save money and stop buying new clothes! I love my clothes but most of my beloved pieces are long gone from the internet, ha. Whatever! Love the outfit, keep rockin what you got!
