Not the most exciting outfit, but it serves an important purpose

This is my favorite, “Don’t look at me outfit” without having to wear head-to-toe black. I’ve had a few days where I wanted to look like I made some effort in my outfit choice without having to sacrifice comfort or completely show my shape. It’s neutral, it’s long and it’s stupid comfortable.

The cardigan is thick and long enough to cover my bum but still have a style, and the color is a classic beige-ish-kind-of-camel shade that was surprisingly mistaken for cashmere by a friend. I don’t know if that’s a score for me or Primark because it is the furthest thing from cashmere.

Topshop Jamie jeans are my new wardrobe “must-have” because they are stretchy but hold their shape, and come in a variety of lengths. Shopping for pants in Germany is not easy if you have short legs and a wide middle because the pants here cater to thin waists and long legs. Damn German Amazons.

To give the illusion of longer legs, I always prefer to wear black shoes with black pants, especially ones like these suede ankle boots.
