This is my first time using Lightroom to edit my photos. I like the faded/muted effect and played around with it for this set. I’m sure my editing will improve the more I experiment…and after I spend hours cursing at my computer screen while trying to follow a tutorial. I brought this on myself.
I’m still counting down the days until I can walk outside and not immediately start to sweat.
It’s dreary today so I thought I would dress appropriately for a mini lookbook for anyone that doesn’t plan on wearing rainbow colors on crack this spring. I can appreciate a bright pink dress with flowers any day, but there’s something alluring about wearing minimal color and simple pieces.
Sticking with the minimalism theme, I used these accessories in all three looks. A statement necklace and a pair of black wedges are suitable for all seasons, and are extremely versatile.
This is a very cool palette, and the fabrics of each piece are lightweight. It gets extremely hot in the summer, so the last thing you want is an arm full of bracelets and anything other than one layer of clothing resting against your body.
How do you dress for your climate? Do you like a minimal wardrobe or do you enjoy dressing up your looks?
Have a fantastic Monday (ha) and thank you for reading.
